2. Booking and Payment

Appointments can be booked online via the booking system or directly with Fran.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
All information provided during booking is treated confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
If you feel unwell or have tested positive for a contagious illness, please get in touch as soon as possible to rearrange.

4. Confidentiality

All client information shared during treatment or via the website is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing acupuncture services.
